Thank the lord, Arteta's just had a kick in the shin, and apparantly it's nothing serious. I was getting worried there, thought we were gonna be without him for the blackburn game. :D(y)

Honestly, this is probably one of the best topics, and best news we have had all summer, Arteta being injured wouldve been the worst thing that couldve happened, other than Howard getting injured!!
 
Excellent news, I was shitting myself when I saw him go down.

Shame about Van der Meyde, but he is the unluckiest man ever to play for Everton. Hopefully he gets back and contributes, that's all I'm asking for really. He'd be a useful squad player.
 
glad to hear mikel's alright, but a bit gutted for VDM. this was probably his last chance to prove himself, and then gets injured.

Yeah it is guttin, but this year theres something different about him. He looks like he's got his head screwed on right, he looks fit and he looks like he actually wants to play football. I hope this injury doesnt knock him and he lets himself go again, hopefully he can put in a good shift in the first team squad when he is back to fitness, he atleast owes the club a few months of him at his best.

Very good news about Mikel, just goes to show how fragile our squad is though, as for the dutch waste of space, i couldn't care less as he simply has nothing to offer, get rid.

Think thats the problam, we can't. Who would want a [Poor language removed] player that can't string two 90 mins together without getting injured.

He'll be happy now he's injured. Can get payed for doing fukk all again.
