In our present financial position what was the trip to Portugal all about? We did similar training than we do at Finch Farm. It didn’t appear to do any good either. Still they had a good slap up meal.

I've heard instagram models get nice trips to fancy places

They do it every season e,g. Warm weather training (although not all clubs do). I don’t ever recall it working for us in terms of results, although undoubtedly the club will say it’s to help with fitness, avoid injuries.
