Who tests these? The old and vulnerable as you seem to be suggesting? Need to be tested fully.
Be at least 12 months before any new vaccines are used. Could be up to 18 months though.
University of Tennessee has identified the antigens specific to COVID-19. As has Pfizer. Will be more like tamiflu that stops proliferation rather than a vaccine.

Seems to be some mummers this evening that Euro2020 is to be delayed 12 months to summer of 2021, allowing domestic leagues a buffer to the end of july to complete their leagues. Presumably, this would lead to a pan-European suspension of all sport, if the the nation's football associations agree.

Well all Serie 1 are off until 4th April.

AS for us lets just call the whole season off as unfinished!!!!lol;)

Quick scan of the articles and can't see any time frame as to when they could be ready.
Some could publish reports as soon as May but to me it just looks like a load of companies chasing the money.
First one with a working vaccine will be very well paid.
Again testing takes many months and some times even years.

Bet your bottom dollar the FA, Sky, Amazon and BT are as we speak divvying up the season for special TV pay-per-view rights or similar until the end of season. Just in case.

Getting ready for the first play off ending to a season. Something that will prove to be such a success they'll keep doing it from here on out making the league redundant as long as you are in the top 8. Bottom 6 will also play off for relegation.

A couple of weeks ago we'd have been in it but we have chosen the perfect time to pick up 1 point in 12. Everton that.

Normally. When those companies are given 3 bil in emergency funding from Congress to get something out quickly, it won't take that long.

The Italian football federation (FIGC) said after a meeting on Tuesday that the Serie A season may not finish because of the coronavirus outbreak.

A FIGC statement confirmed that Serie A would stop until 3 April following a government decree issued on Monday.

FIGC president Gabriele Gravina also put forward alternative options if the season can not be concluded.

They include staging play-offs, not having a champion for 2019-20 or declaring the current standings final.

Play-offs would take place to determine the champions, European qualification and the three clubs to be relegated to Serie B.

But if the title winner is decided by the current standings then Juventus would be Italian champions for a ninth straight season, having gone back above Lazio with a 2-0 win over third-placed Inter Milan on Sunday.

How do you decide who makes the playoffs? Thats a massive can of worms. Does every team play a one off or do you draw a line for Europe and relegation.

We need to beat the RS to delay them being crowned long enough that the Prem is deferred and then cancelled.

Well we gave a big say in that. Watch it be behind closed doors so we lose the home advantage
