Ahh the potato. So many options, and such variety to be had. Truly, it is a king among foods.

How do you prefer yours?

Though it makes me sad when I see people eating roast potatoes that look like boiled potatoes but a bit greasy.

This is exactly what mine are like. Par-boiled, rosemary and garlic, jib the goosefat though, that's bullsh*t.

It's all good to be honest. Potatoes are like chicoazul; they're great but they also go many ways.

A student staple of mine was grated potatoes and onion, cooked for ages in a big ol' pan. If we were feeling indulgent it would be smoked bacon too.

No idea if it's a real thing but we called it 'Potato thing'. That's probably not it's real name.

Pre heat the oil with garlic and coriander leaves, smeesh them down a bit with a masher, salt, pepper and a bit of paprika, 45 minutes later it's like having oral sex with Roastina, queen of potatoes.

Yep, fried in a big ol' pan. Gentle heat mind, f*cker took ages to cook.
