While we want the game on from a personal and possibly a principle perspective, wouldn't it be best for competition purposes to not do any of them this weekend? If ours was cancelled but others weren't, we'd be pretty annoyed at having to squeeze an extra game in later on while those that play this weekend wouldn't have to do that.
 

True, think I'd rather just see all these friendlies scrapped full stop tbh, with the amount of qualifiers then the two major tournaments, it's already 'too many' internationals as is.

They are nations league games so uefa will argue they are competitive matches, but yes they are glorified friendlies.

The FA couldn't unilaterally decide to ignore the international break though. Some teams would maybe be missing 15 of their players called up by other countries. It would be totally unfair and unworkable.

We suffered from covid cancellations when others continued to play.

I agree on this, all off or all on, obviously the London games can't play, just announce it now, let people know we're they stand
