When I post it doesnt show for about 20 minutes.

And it doesnt show other posts for about 20 minutes.

This has caused me emotional stress. I am sitting in the corner rocking and sucking my thumb.

As compensation I want:

a) It sorting out.

b) My status changed from 'First Team' to 'MickNick's hero'.
