Post Stoke game, Stick or Twist?

Not just based on the game today, but over the past 18 months.

The issues we have aren't being addressed.

Do we stick or twist?

I'm trying to be as unbiased as possible.

The football for the majority going forward is lovely, he's bought in some real stars. On the flip side, he's shown he can't organise a defence or has the bottle to get some one to help him do so. He's not strong enough to make much needed changes i.e Howard, and sticks with his people like Kone.

There's no unsures or cheese or toasts etc. Just yes or no.

I love roberto. But for our long term development he has to go. Can't defend like that. Not acceptable.

You're never going to get an unbiased viewpoint by putting a poll up just after the game.

I've been backing him ever since he arrived. This season when things have been getting tough, i've continuously backed him to sort out our defensive frailties and find the balance between attack and defence.

Starting to lose patience now though.

If he gets David Moyes in as an assistant to work on defending we'd have a dream team and walk the league.

However, he's ridiculously naive in his approach and defensive tactics (or lack thereof) and we're losing points and shipping goals by the game.

This won't have an impact on his job anyway, so it's kind of a pointless debate, but I'm no longer JUST about "Martinez in" - joining the "out" brigade until he at least tries to improve his management.
