Wow, so he must have 'found' all the other signings around that time. I didn't know this. We got ourselves a Genius, a footballing Genius. He's won the League with 2 different clubs. If he comes & we sign a Carvalho or a Lacazette, would this mean Steve Walsh 'found' them? I think not.

@The Esk hearing monchi is still been considered what's your take on this do you think we will pay the 5 million fee I personally can't see it been a problem

I don't think the Monchi book has been closed at all - was very much left in his hands. That level of compensation would not be an issue I believe.

I can't get past the fact that before Emery left for PSG, Monchi threw himself (figuratively) at the feet of Sevilla fans and begged forgiveness for even thinking about leaving and then re-affirmed his loyalty.

The only upside I can see here is that Sevilla have been very busy in the transfer (mostly buying) and I wonder if Monchi is trying to set them good and early ready for the new season, consider his job to be done, and then moves on to us? And I'm not really buying even my own theory!
