Ok fantasy manager time was having this discussion down the pub the other day.

Our gaffer gets £5 million to spend on new recruits this summer, who realistically could we have a sniff at?

To start the ball rolling I'd go for:

Jay Boothroyd (free transfer) - like him a lot. Strong, powerfully built and can keep the ball in the opposition half even if he's playing on his own which I think remains our best system.

Scott Sinclair approx £3.5 million - Fast, tricky, young, enthusiastic and goals in his game. Exactly the type of player we should be bringing in.

Jamie O'Hara - approx £1.5-2 million - ok slightly optimistic with the fee but I think this lad is quality. I think it's only a matter of time before he becomes an England international and would give us good balance because he's a lefty too. Think he's got just the kind of dynamism that we need in our midfield (and goals) as Timmy and Ozzies powers start to go on the wane... admittedly not yet in Tim's play just yet

Also you can get a bonus point if you can name the film the start of my title refers to :)

Sell Heitinga = £8 million
Sell Yobo = £4 million
Sell Yakubu = £5 million

+ fantasy £5 million = £22 million

Throw £22 million at Lille in a desperate bid for Eden Hazard.

my choices would be a: give it to Fellaini or b: offer it to any club who'll take Anichebe (or just give it to him to F*** off)

I'd buy another League somewhere, or several in Africa and just start farming players.

Why buy one player when you could buy a whole country of players.

Never though of that, did you, Moyles.

Sell Heitinga, Anichebe, Yakubu, Vaughan, get about £18 million for them, then buy a striker and a defender, if its fantasy world, id go for the two tottenham guys, Dawson and Palyma...thingy, but they would cost about 18 each, so ahwell...

...midfield we are fine, we need to get rid of Heitinga, and get in a good calm striker
