I'd wait until end of next season, if he continues the good job then he will deserve another one, also next year could be a trying one for him if Rom and Ross go and we don't get our top targets, so he will then prove what he's really made of.

And it grieves me more then words can do justice that he didn't take any of those offers up.

Any manager who hasn't delivered a league title at the end of his third year should be dismissed. If he does achieve this minimum target he has earned, if he wants, another 3 years with the same provision. The DoF is there to ensure continuity, the manager is here to deliver titles regularly . Giving any manager a longer contract breeds complacency throughout the club.
