Honestly don't think we have THAT bad a team. It's just that he is choosing the wrong team completely. Look how we played against Lyon in the second half, 4-4-2 pretty much. And we looked competent. What happens next? Exactly what EVERYONE thought would. Benched the best players from then, went to a completely random formation and got torn apart.

I don't think Sandro is totally crap(tho Klassen is really getting there), we just are playing as if we have a good target man up front when we defintiely dont. New manager will change that ethos and we could be a good side.

Yup it's a simple game. pick the players in their natural positions, decide on a system and train the players in that system. Add a bit of width, pace and motivation and there you have it.

Keep it simple, grind out a few results, pick up confidence then start to introduce some flair

FFS if Koeman can't figure that out then he has to go

Of course we’ve got form for doing nothing. Walker should have been shown the door after the Wimbledon game. How bad was it before we got shut of him, Smith and Martinez? Hell even a seriously ill Harry Catterick got 2 years after March 1971.
