Seems a bit mad though if a decision has been made, to hold it back weeks to key stakeholders for the sake of writing a report mate.

For us there is a possible 80 mill on the line, equally the same systemic effect impacts other clubs. Not to mention the integrity of the actual games, bottom half of the league and the jeopardy in them. Relegation this year is going to be decided off the field.

The whole thing becomes increasingly ludicrous, say we breached next year again and our defence is we wanted to sell player X in Jan but we couldn’t, because you dragged your backside on the appeal and we didn’t know how many points we’d have to make up.
