Dunne to an extent, he hasn't done badly. And you've listed all the others I could think of

Raised somewhere else tonight, I put it in the Ale House so you can call other posters bad tits, if need be like.

Anyway:

Rooney, Matarazzi, Dacourt, Keown and...

Rooney is who comes to mind.. He was a better person before he left from what I've gathered..

Your not a million miles out there chic Richard Dunn surley joking since he left Everton how many times has he finished in a higher position in the league ?? Matarazzi for sure Rooney goes without saying dacourt probably but aside from them your struggling Jeffers got a better move by joining at that time a far better side but hardly played an has struggled ever since graveson like wise

Trevor Steven.

Could be argued, but I dont think he achieved better things, per se.

I think the Everton team that Dunne left mate were [Poor language removed], therefore he achieved more in his career by moving away to better things in the shape of better clubs at that time. Same for Speed really, he done well at Newcastle. Jeffers done [Poor language removed] at Arsenal so he certainly didnt move on to better things, [Poor language removed] move for the greedy get.
