Player autographs at the game

Taking my lad to the game tomorrow, he is five and wants to see some of the players up close and maybe get an autograph or selfie. Do the players still arrive by car and if so from what time? Always used to queue up as a kid at the park end car park, hours before the game.

used to be they'd have one or two knocking about the club shop over the road on matchday mornings, signing merch and what not, maybe they still do, might be worth it if you're already round that way

After the game, you can go by the car park and get the autographs and selfies. They always take extra time out for little kids I noticed and even pick up toddlers themselves if there are any. Try to go as soon as you can after the game as its easier to take pics if you get closer to the fence they put up. I have been to Goodison once yet as I don't live in the UK and am glad I got the chance to accumulate a few autographs and pics. I was 22 but seemed like 5. Haha.

Good luck with that. Your 5 year old will be excited I'm sure!
