Personally thinking the fee could be more to the lower end than higher end due to how long it's taking to complete the deal.
If the fee had been 5-6M we were willing to pay spurs would of snapped our hands off and it would of been completed. Given the time it's taking maybe the fee is more 2.5-4M.
