telling the lads sorry he ever left ,does not want to leave again fullstop, cat that got the cream as they say,can see him running through brick walls these next 3 months

EY EY LADS!!

I'm the one meant to be causing angst on here not Steven Pienaar FFS

Frankly the fact he was forced back with his tail between his legs makes me forgive him of leaving in the first place.

The grass WAS NOT greener at Spurs and all that.

Righteous indignation to the Toffeemen!

What's important is he'll be playing for EVERTON FUSSBALL CLUB. That. Is. ALL. That. Matters. Frankly.

^^^ What I said earlier fox. He's home with his tale between his legs. As long as he bangs them in and gets us winning... with MOTM performances ...

He needs to make sure Baines, Fellaini and Barkley hears that.

They could just have Pienaar saying it looped on a loud speaker at Finch Farm with an acid house beat behind it. Put it on as background music and hopefully it'd work subliminally.

Fellaini: You know what I don't fancy playing for Chelsea for some reason.
Rodwell: Yeah, Fergie wants me at united for double the wages but I told em where to go.

Very much this.

I kind of think of it like this:

Go somewhere else maybe earn alittle more money but not play reguarly which hardly makes it worth it...

OR

Stay at Everton work hard fight for a place and be a LEGEND.

I know which I would pick. Its hardly like any Everton players would be joining the bread line anytime soon either.

Everton Former Players Foundation too! FFS

And if he does set the world on fire & Real Madrid, Manure, for example, start sniffing around, what will he do then?

Eh? Cheese on toast lad.

He can't.

only for the 29-year-old to return to the manager's office at White Hart Lane and eventually secure a transfer that does not include the option of an emergency return to Tottenham in the event of an injury crisis.

Bryan is popcorning us ffs

It did originally say that, honestly. It has been edited, i wouldn't have mentioned it otherwise.

Another point is that Pienaar thinks the fans ' hate him' for leaving.

Does anyone actually hate him? or in the position to give him any abuse?

I wouldn't dream of it, the prodigal son has returned - and has to prove a lot of things.

Some people seem to dislike him, I'm not sure about hate but if they do then maybe these people do not understand the true motives and reasons why he left. Personally I don't blame him for leaving at all and I'm very happy he's back, I'm positive he will work his arse off for us in an effort to win over the doubters.

Personally, I have no problem with him advancing himself, but I don't appreciate how he left us no choice in the negotiations. Setting up to leave on a free puts the club at a disadvantage in the marketplace. There were much better ways for him to progress his career without doing that to the club.

I wasn't too happy at how he played a cute game at leaving. He was talking about wanting to stay for ages before dwindling down his contract to get one last pay day. No problem with that as he's not a blue but I'd rather players were honest about it. Take Jelavic for instance, he'll [Poor language removed] us off at the first opportunity if something better comes calling but as long as he doesn't pretend otherwise then it's sound by me.

I also thought that Pienaar turned down 60K a week from us, that's what I was told although I think THT or LCAB said different the other day so I was wrong there.

Anyway, we've missed him. He was as important to our play as Arteta for the last couple of years. I genuinely enjoy watching him play football and there's not been too many times in the past year where I can say I've enjoyed our football.

As the song goes "Everton's the team that plays beautiful football" and I can't stand it when we're dirge.
