4mil is not a lot of money for someone that we know works for us, at premiership level...

it is also no coincedence that tim cahill has struggled since pienaar left, so it might even make the real tim cahill please stand up, please stand up...

I get what you're doing but Everton can't look at it like that. The guy is 30 and a depreciating asset, there is no way he is worth 5 million.
