Southall

Player Valuation: £750k
Had to work this Saturday and so had to resort to BBC radio 5 live commentary. Annoyed at the fact he was started in midfield , I proceeded to have my faith in our team but I swear every-time he was on the ball he gave possession away (did the radio do him an injustice?) I recall one bit of commentary where he actually made a pass and that was a short free kick to Osman who wasn't even ready to receive it. I was glad he got injured (not to be harsh like) the performance improved once he left the pitch from what i gathered.
Should have snapped Harry's hand off with that 50p offer he made last season in my opinion..

No, thats an accurate assessment.

I was made up too. I think I actually cheered louder than when Rodwell scored.

Now, if only Saha would get his customary injury as well...

Trouble is Neville has seen his better days and will now struggle to keep up the game for 90 mins, plus when he gets injured it will take him longer to recover, he should now be a squad player to help out when required, he needs to be honest with himself.

I do not think Neville, Saha and Cahill have been 100% fit all season.

imo Distin should have started yesterday instead of jonny (hes faster, taller and a much better centre half) and barkley should have played instead of nev in midfield!
As for nevilles form yesterday, hes clearly still injured and should not have played, same can be said for cahill but he did try and make a difference, got back to defend, got in some good positions etc...but id rather him be rested to fully recover and then have a fully fit Cahill up front where he will be useful!
and 4-4-2 FFS Moyes

i believe Nevs will move into the backroom staff soon while he does coaching badges, cant fault his spirit but his legs have gone. good servant to the club mind

Appalling in that CM role. And look at how he stood off Taylor for his goal yesterday. He was a few yards away yes, but getting out quickly to him might have put him off his stroke a bit.

He's paid up now for another two years. Great.

He is such a professional though.

Drethe was more at fault for letting Taylor get the shot it....but we don't mind that because he's got big balls!
