McBain

Player Valuation: £80m
Performances have now bottomed out and at 35, theres is no way up for him from here.

Watching the highlights, and I think its where Rangers hit the post or had some massive opportunity, Nev falls asleep marking, and then is three feet away from his man charging in for the ball.

You could tell from his brain is still challenging, and willing him to be there, but his body has declined to a point where the sharpness is just a blunt edge. I'd say its affecting the teams competiveness in the middle to the point where it's a real weakness other teams know all about and exploit us.

I hate to see a player reach the end of his career, but being there myself, i know exactly how he feels; and its just hurting us to keep him.

True. Its a joke to play him there and expect to be competitive. All respect for what hes achieved, but the weeken really proved to me he's lost it physically.

I'd say he needs to go into the coaching/ management side, but we have a real excess of one-paced defenders on our coaching staff already.

MODZ, can you please fix the thread title for Macca, he clearly was talking about Tim Cahill.

He's still there physically, just lost his Mojo.

Phil never had no mojo.

I'm not sure, I think they're both gone to be honest. They defo give 110% whilst they're playing, do denying it, and should be given respect for what they've done on and off the field like.

I'd love to see Timmy smashing them in in the A League.

Cahill and Neville are both gone as Regular CM players.

Cahill can still have a part to play as a squad player and impact sub but after this season finishes Im struggling to see Neville being able to even do the RB role.
