Phil gets a lot of criticism, but if you follow his twitter feed, apart from some unwise words to team mates, he's sound. He's been on two holidays and every day he does his pre season pre training. Absolutely amazing. If true, I do hope that he moves towards the staffing side, he'd be such a good example to these brash baby bentley millionaires.
