Oh I dont think this means that the Kenyon group wont be buying the team. It means they arent just willing to pay exactly what Moshiri wants, and now Moshiri wants to put the pressure on them and allow other bidders. So Moshiri is banking that the pressure will either get them to up their bid or someone will come in higher. They are betting that they have valued it appropriately and someone else isnt going to beat them.
