Used to know a few girls from Bolton, all rough as anything. Came to Liverpool for a night out and the roughest/rudest one, took a couple of steps outside walkabout and faceplanted the curb... Shouldn't of laughed like

There is a little village on the outskirts of Bolton called Knob End. (Serious, google it)

Just ask if he is familiar with Knob End.

Bolton also once had its own version of Spearmint Rhinos called Purple Hippos. This may or may not be fact.

I work in Bolton, I will ask the lads what the best local insults are. Reidy spot on about Daub Hill by the way.
