What the ****!!!!

9th April, a whole 6 days ago, nothing to do with Easter period. I went online and bought a season ticket. Checked my bank account this morning and the money hasn't left my account, I expected it too and almost spent what money is left, fortunately I am going to have just enough should they decide to pull their ******* finger out and process the ******* order.

I went online, logged in and now it says PEND. Why? I'm paying 100% up front, no DD, no credit card, no finance to sort out. What the hell is the problem with this club? Can they not get it right? It's pathetic it really is.

I have a right mind to cancel the order and keep my money.

Oh and what the hell is this Z-Cars 20 second loop thing when you ring up? No way am I listening to that for the next 20 minutes, someone will get hurt.

Any point even emailing the club?

Just rang this number:

0151 330 2217

And got through right away and the woman at the other end had to go and find out but apparently, and this is amazing stuff. It takes 7 working days for the money to leave my account.

Why? What happens if I turn up at the ground with cash? Do I have to stand their for 7 working days slowly passing the money over the counter?

It normally takes 5 working days for most payments to be complete through banking, just shows you how slow the staff are at the club. I agree with you that if your paying by cash, why not accept immediate payment!

It doesn't take 5 days at all. When I go to Asda and I spend money, that money is gone out of my account. Strange thing is, the money for the ticket left my account and then came back again.

Don't really have the pleasure of dealing with Everton. Well, at least not beyond twice a year if I'm lucky. Gave up trying to buy a ticket online, though. Easier to just turn up and take your chance.

That website is getting worse as well, Nick.

i was told one time after ordering a match ticket and it said PEND that it says that until they print and send the ticket, i saw it against my s.t.'s but presumed that it will say that until they issue the things ( probably last post on day before 1st game)
