I agree. I'm so sick of people always getting their back ups when someone wants to complain.

People are not going to be happy all the time. It's impossible. The only thing worse than being unhappy about something is when someone comes along and says you're not allowed to be unhappy. As they say on the ski slopes, piste off.

There's nothing wrong with Cena getting annoyed by this and wanting to vent that annoyance on an internet forum. Better he get it off his chest than let it build up inside him surely?

They should'nt have sold the tent, could have just thrown it back up, knew quite a few blues who used it for the hospitality, they loved it in there. It was also used for other events like sportsman dinners and wedding parties etc...

Is it just any business though ? Anyone that can't see the difference with the relationship with fan base surely isn't looking . We have a chairman that holds himself up as a fan 'just like us' , if that isn't the case then don't tell us it is but that's the absolute basis of a lot of 'pro-bill' types (for want of a better phrase).

My worry with any if this is look at the stuff we've got to know over the years , I wonder if there is anything we don't know ?

Exactly, two issues for me:

1) Club dishonestly
2) Fan gullibility

Number 1) can easily be solved with pitchforks and shotguns, but number 2) is a concern

Looks like 'boysinblue' covered it in his report of the last Everton Fan Conference.

He touched on the Park End development. He confirmed that the plan stalled because Prudential who own a very small part of the Goodison footprint would not release equity on the land and were very unreasonable and wanted to draw up new loan agreements which the club disagreed with. He said it isn't dead in the water, but that they're working on something to do with it.

Well lots of dishonest corporations are ruthlessly efficient as well. If every statement the board ever made was a lie but they actually got the job done in the end I think we'd all be much happier with that. Dishonest and incompetent is a tough pill to swallow.

I'm surprised it's passed it's latest health checks tbh. The Daily Mail regarded ours as one of the most safest in England.

If you sit on one of the seats where it bends round toward the bullens, you're lucky to get one bum cheek on the seat, never mind two, and that includes very small bums.
