Park End Box Office

My faith has been restored in the shambles known as the park end box office. Emailed on sat asking ever so nicely to keep my seat for the benfica game as they like to move me. Heard nothing back so called up this morning. 20mins as first in queue gave me deja vu, finally someone answered. Season cards activated! Wahoo they actually listened to me! Moral of the story, if you want something just email them as the competent staff work in that department.

Hay' , not trying to blindly defend them , but there's loads of top heads work there . The problem is the pitiful conditions for those down the wage scale . Thus , loads leave , thus the turnover brings inexperience , and often , little motivation .
I do my thing via Goodison Road , but I know a few who work at both .

If you go to the Park End box office and try and get served by an Austalian guy, he seems really helpful and sound. He often asks where abouts you want to sit for away games etc

Well if they dont refund my frigging £20 for the Benfica ticket heads are getting knocked off, 3 times ive faxed my bank statement and they keep saying they cant find it. Its gonna cost me £20 in phone calls to get it back soon, fuming I am.
