Cooking it for the lids tommorow, got a fair idea how i'm gonna do it but anyone got their own version or recipes or what they think is the best way of cooking it?

Anything unusual you add or something you do different that will enhance the flavour.

Not cooked one myself before before but i have promised i will do our local dish for me mates so any help will be greatly appriciated.

Gonna have a nose online, but any lids can help that would be great (y)

Its basically easy, follow the recipe given by BB but if you like a thick gray, roll the meat in seasoned flour before cooking, if it doesn't thicken enough then taken some of the gravy out and put it in a bowl, add a tea spoon full of corn flour to it and stir, put the gravy back in the scouse. Serve it with either red cabbage or beetroot(y)
