Overrated modern day players

In an era were a couple of good games for a player doubles their price tag and were pundits and media over exaggerate performances of players.

Who are 3 players who you think are massively overrated?

For me

Bruno Fernandez
Massively overrated, looks decent and consistent in a poor, very poor United side. A great player nah a little bit above average PL player.

Vinicius jr
Another who’s performances don’t match the hype, it’s just simply because of the badge on his shirt

VVD
Was a very good defender for maybe 2-3 seasons under Klopp were Liverpool didn’t have to defend too much as they were dominant in most games, now over the past 2-3 seasons he has been bang average, only the past couple of months have the media turned against their ‘darling’ and are highlighting some of his shocking defending, never engages a player who runs at him.

He has tats, is a fake hardman and has a cool name.

lautaro martinez - Every time I watch him, he stinks the place out. But seems to score loads.

Shocking for Argentina too, one of them players that needs to stay where he is....big move and he fails, nailed on.

Most of Chelseas players - They may have won the Club World Cup but the costly individuals dont show enough of their pricetag value to be considered even average players.

Bruno Fernandez, while being a good striker of the ball, is a cheating, whining, [insert swear word here] who has constantly been played out of his best position. But for his grid alone, he gets named and shamed

Tony Grant - Caused a lot of items to be thrown towards my TV in disgust during the 90s. He was awful!!

I'd also add John Stones, Marc Guehi (a very good player no doubt, but he's been spoken of as if he's in the Maldini mould), Reijnders (decent but that's it), Donnarumma (has spells where he looks like he's the only GK on the planet, the next moment he can be Dog and Duck FC), Enrick (just a kid I know - but really?)

Basically anyone who has played for Liverpool recently. Not saying they haven’t been good but media have made them out to be best goalkeeper, centreback, right back, captain of captains, midfielder that hits ball differently, false 9, and winger, of all time.

I think Bellingham is hugely overrated
