Rosicky & Vassell the two names that immediately popped out for me.

Don't know what happened to Rosicky at Arsenal, to be honest. I guess if Arsene doesn't rate him - he's let the big money/London life go to his head, perhaps.

Vassell, again, career stalled after a promising start. Well worth investigating, though.
 
Vassel is beyond shiit and will be in the championship next season.

Rosicky is crocked. Out all season through injury. Good player though.
 
Just looking at the English Premier League: there's slim pickings there. I suppose that's a sign of how far we've come to be able to say that. I know he's cracking on a bit (29) and therefore not in the Moyes signing bracket, but I've been impressed with Sean Davis at Pompey when I've seen him. He's not a super star or anything, but he sits in front of the back four offering a bit of bite in midfield when he's in there. And his fitness situation must be ok as he's played nearly all their Premier League fixtures. It'd make a nice end to the story if he came to us after missing out through injury on his move 5/6 years ago. Castillo out, Davis in if he's on a free.
 
Vassell, ah that gave me a chuckle. No composure, no eye for goal, can't cross, can't shoot properly and the one thing he was renowned for, his pace, has now deteriorated due to him becoming fat. And I mean fat of Andy Reid proportions.

Stay away from him for god's sake! I still have nightmares thinking about him tripping over the ball and missing empty nets for us over the last four years.

My mate honestly cant see how Vassel is still at a premiership club. He gets angry whenever he's watching any match in the pub and shakes his head.

I rub it in and say he was an England international. He's just passed it now really.

I reckon Sean Davis is a good shout, Moyes is a long term admirer of the lad, as pointed out already. I think he'd provide good backup/competiton for Neville and allow Neville to slot in at right back if Hibbo takes a knock

Giles Barnes. Rated him highly when at Derby, but not really paid attention to him while at Fulham

Ryan Donk

Would all be very good back up players. We do need strength in depth.

Tomas Rosicki would improve our first eleven, if he could stay fit.

Hasn't made a single appearance for Fulham. They have been doing well this season though, so i imagine they wouldn't want to change their team. still young at 20.
 
Ithink the likes of Barnes and Pennants loan contracts are just ending so they will still command a fee.
