Our team lacks leadership

I sure am miffed about losing out today (and against Palace) like we did, and we seem to have bottled it in the most important time of the season. However, we could have bottled it at a far less important time, which would have felt less like a defeat, but more of a shrug. Like going out in the league cup against woeful Fulham - Roberto's first loss this season, a game we defo should've bested, and still everyone just shrugged and went "let's focus on something else". We gave the FA cup a decent effort and lost out in an important match and i have to say I'm glad we've taken the league to the wire (FFS WE'RE STILL ABLE TO SECURE FOURTH) and not just farted out in 7th place with nothing to play for. It would suck to start "focusing on something else" in mid march, like.

I know what you're saying here but I do think we have two (in particular) made leaders.

John Stones and James McCarthy for me lead by example and always give their all even if it's not going their way. In a few years I think we'll have a spine of leaders!

They don't seem that vocal tbh.
