It would be nice, if at the end of the next window, Silva could alter his system a bit to fit the each player's skills. Making the players play in manner they're not used to, or suited for, is a recipe for trouble. The players become frustrated and in the end rebellious, and the manager loses the dressing room, and ultimately, his job.

Just ask Martinez and Koeman if you don't believe me.
