Player Valuation: £10m
I wonder what Marco thinks of our squad and whether he will give some a chance, look to sell or will think certain players fit perfectly with his system.

Some notable players:
- Williams. Seems to be set to leave and Silva, Brands and the majority of fans would all be in agreement. No even arsed about a fee, although someone like Brighton might take a punt for a few million.
- Bolasie. See above, although I think we could get £15m for him.
- Schneidlerlin. Silva has been quoted praising him so I don't think he will leave.
- McCarthy. Seemingly would fit in with the high-press tactics, however some managers seem to love him, others not at all.
- Gueye. I think he fits in with Silva's philosophy perfectly and will be a key player.
- Klassan. Looks highly-likely to leave. Anything £15m+ would be great business.
- Baines. Think the writing is on the wall for Leighton unfortunately. Doesn't have the legs anymore.
- Keane. No idea if Silva rates him.
- Lookman. Again, I wonder if he will play a big part.
- Coleman - should be perfect fit.
- Niasse - Silva clearly rated him enough to loan him. Not sure if he would keep him. If we get another striker might be worthwhile cashing in.
- Sandro - no idea, might be worth keeping as 3rd choice striker.
- Sigurdsson - hopefully builds the team around him.

Mc Carthy won't be seen this season so imagine when he's finally fit again Silva will have somone playing his position.I hope.

i cant see many of our players from last year being able to adapt to a high press, high tempo game.

we were one of the laziest teams going who hoofed the ball up at every chance they got.

gana, Walcott , coleman, and maybe some of the youth teamers will be ok.

we would literally need a whole new back four capable of playing a high line.

this season could be disaterous for silva if he and brands fail to get the right players to fit his system.

we have a team full of donkeys, not capable of sprinting

Silva found success at multiple clubs in his first year. I doubt he had the exact players he wanted going into the season, but he still found a way to compete. I am sure he will adapt the system to the players we end up with.

I think the reason Silva got Naisse on loan was because he was the best he could to go to Hull that they could afford , not because he particularly wanted him and him alone
