Yes he's been treated unfairly and isn't as awful as he's now comically made out to be but that doesn't mean he's a player we should have signed. He's bottom of the table level at best and that's being generous I think.

He deserves to have a career somewhere and good luck to him but it shouldn't be here. The only circumstance in which I'd give him minutes for the first team is in a cup game against a low-tier team (League 2 or non-league) in which we want to rest a few key players. Other than that no.
