13 million wasn't bad all told. He may be a technically poor player but he gives his all. We probably got two loan fees for him and It's peanuts these days and his mini scoring run helped keep us up a few years back.

not sure if you're on the wind up, hopefully you are like

in what universe is 13million pound for a man who cannot kick a ball not bad?

he tries hard? so what he's on 60k a week to "give us all" give any single person on this forum a 10th of that and I GAURENTEE they would run around as well

his mini scoring run help keep us up? is that a joke? he won us a game vs Bournemouth fair does? what other game did he win?

we stayed up because as much as we loathe him fat sam come in and organised a shobby defence and made us hard to beat, ZERO to do with niasse going on a "mini run"

Alright pal calm down, we can agree to disagree. You have seen football prices haven't you they all get paid ridiculous amounts? All things considered I didn't think it was too bad. Good players are worth upwards of 40 million these days. It's not like Sandro who is a dead weight on huge wages who never did anything. I am sure he won us a few points in that run, and one win is three points in a league where every place is worth millions and he scored against the RS for Hull.

1 win wouldnt save a team what finished 8th from relegation

I wont calm down I'm fuming now mate, hope you're happy

Ha ha I'm more fuming about Farage and the rise of the fash than any footballer. I didn't say he kept us up I said he helped and when we had nobody scoring he went on a run which was helpful at the time even after he'd been treated poorly by Koeman. Of course we over paid ridiculously he was obviously a Martinez punt based on him winning 'Russian player of the month' once.I was just saying when you break it down its not as much of a loss as you first think. I wonder what we got in loan fees probably a few million and he tried his best he's just limited technically. Others are costing us millions in wages and never really do/did anything. I consider Bolasie and Sandro as bigger disasters.

How did he score those goals the if he can't kick a ball. I don't understand the sniping at a payer who at least puts in a shift, I supose you prefer a sh!thouse like van der Myde becuase he's got great skills.

Only another 2 months of negotiations to go then

His agent is the problem. Remember when Palace thought they had sorted a permanent move on a transfer deadline day - even submitted a deal sheet to the PL - but his representative allegedly upped the amount of dosh he wanted between 11pm and the 1am cut-off and it fell through.
