dont care about any of them, few if any are likely to win it - so lets concentrate on qualification this season or better yet CL qualification.

Its cruel that way I somehow want Portsmouth to go out to make me feel a tiny bit better.

Mind you, they have that bad tattoo'd, bell ringing beaut so fully deserve all they get. And they cheered Henry when he snotted them the nuggets.

Crouch pulled one back in extra time. Losing 2-1 on the night but are through on agg.

Still failing to comprehend just how we got drawn against Liege...

We surely deserved the easiest draw after being the highest qualifying English side (not via League or FA Cup, Intertoto or Fair Play).

Seriously, Liege beat Liverpool - except that their goal was disallowed - and I guarantee they'd be a competitive side in the Premiership, were Belgian Champions last season and well ahead again already this year.

Even we could've steamrolled Omonia (3rd in Cypriot league!!), Litex (3rd in Bulgaria!!), Guimaraes (3rd in Portugal) or Warsaw (1st in the Polish league).

[Poor language removed] waste of time and effort finishing 5th, we should've just finished 8th last season and out of the automatic spots - we were higher up the Fair Play table than City so would've had a much easier run.

Unbelievable aint it scottoffee. Not trying to make an excuse because we were beaten by the better side but still, the sides who finished lower than us last season and had to go through the Intertoto had much better draws than us. Difficult to stomach
