Osman's performance

All in all I thought Osman played terrific yesterday.He contested for every ball,also he didn't hesitate on the ball and he created chances. When Gibson comes back I would like Osman and Gibson playing central midfield.Keep Neville on the bench in my opinion.

Osman and Coleman were our best performers yesterday. Very dissapointed with Fella and Jelivic. The latter being anonymous throughout.

Apart from the dive Neville did which I found very funny! He did play a lot better than he has been in the past games.

Thats just Jelavics game though, he never does do anything other than when he shoots, he plays the same every week, sometimes scores, sometimes doesnt.

Played well did Ossie - his shooting is awful though, apart from the goal like.

Did very well. His movement and balance were excellent, turning away from opposition and into space almost effortlesssly, while his passing choices were generally simple but most often well considered. Also made a couple of strong tackles. Neville wasn't bad either.

played excellent a real player at times.i agree gibson and osman in the middle could be boss.

Without wishing to get carried away, his performance yesterday was Scholes like. A fantastic showing from Osman.

The dive was comically bad.

I could have throttled Neville for unnecessarily putting the ball out for a corner right near the end when trying to make a cushioned volley pass to a team mate - it was a carbon copy of something he did in the exact same circumstances in an earlier game.

He did do alright in the derby, but considering his normal performance is gash, being slightly better than gash is still not that good.

That's just patently untrue. He works really hard. Just unfortunately had arguably the worst game he's had for us yesterday.

Osman is a classic hot & cold player.

And he was hot yesterday, yowza! Made up for him to bag his first Derby goal too.

Fellaini did not celebrate the equalizer. I found that strange !

We'll miss Ossie when he's gone,if he was just a bit taller,not as slight and a little more pace,he would literally be world class IMHO,great,great Evertonian,made up for him yesterday.
