Morning Everton fans. Stoke fan here coming in peace. I know it's over a week until we play you, but nothing else doing at the moment so hopefully a few of you can answer the questions below. A selection of the replies will go onto our blog, with a link back to this forum where people can view the others.
How do you feel the season will go from your clubs perspective ?
Good season would be Uefa qualification, one of the cups and run in Europe would be a bonus.
Any big news at the club at the moment?
Excitement over the new signings really, a bit of the unknown factor about the few, some very promising youngsters coming through i.e Rodwell, Baxter.
Who are your players to watch?
Against yourselves prob the Yak, we are hoping Saha could be immense if we keep him fit, hwe have high hiopes for Fellini.
Any injuries affecting your team selection for the game at this moment in time?
Two big losses are Cahill and Pienarr, some rumours that Yobo and Neville are requireing treatment, Hibbert AVDM and Saha are all unavailable presently.
How do you feel Stoke City will do this season?
It would be an excellent season if you marginally avoided relegation, ive watched a few games and if you could learn quickly to cut out the silly mistakes that are punsihable in the Prem you have a good cahnce. I thought Pilis would do better in the Transfer Market then he did given his past exploits and reputation in that area, however some of the deadline day signings were good ones and should balance the sqad and offer options. Hull for me did what i expected Stoke to d o in the transfer market, Pulis though is a canny manager great to see him and stoke have success. Home games could have a huge bearing on your success this season the atmosphere in the Britannia looks immense. In many ways Stoke look like they belong in the Prem. Hope they give it a good go!
Your Prediction on the score?
2-1 Everton.
