One more point from 2 games

Thank God for Wigan!!!

Beating Vila means that we only need a point from our next two games to qualify for Europe,and for the first time in premiership history finish in the top ten two seasons in a row. Add to that finishing higher than the previous season to boot. Really hope that we get that point tomorrow so that we can party v Newcastle - but knowing Everton, it'll be down to the wire as usual.

We can do it. Its been funny I've had a good feeling about this week and I get the feeling we can get the result we need against Arsenal. Hopefully we'll get the point so we can start Roswell against the Barcodes.

Always thought Wigan might do something against Villa but didnt expect them to get all 3 points. Think were going to limp over the line to seal 5th, maybe against arsenal but certainly against Newcastle

Im going to the game tomorrow- really think we will get something from the game. A point and then party time against Toon next week.

i think a howard hat-trick is more likely than us being awarded a penalty

i hope moyes realizes he can take something from the game tomorrow and doesn't keep one eye on next week, resting some of our good players. htough i'm sure we can nick a point of the barcodes no problem, i'd rather take all 3 against arsenal and make it decisive

also with the united win, arsenal officially have nothing to play for, though i'll admit little theo worries me, he's got some ability for sure.

last season we took 9 points against the top 4 teams, this term we've taken 1, that needs to change for sure, i'd rather our european finish comes at the hands of beating respectable opposition

nick a point of the barcodes? we should bladder them at home, as we always do, but then last week's loss...thats what i called it..when you surrender so easy a lead, we needed 3 points from that not 1 point..but then the lattics did us a massive favour today..villa looked absolutely terrible, not something you could say a couple weeks ago...i know their bottle as gone..we likely wont even need 1 point from 2 games.

It's clear from the times we have beaten Wenger's whingers that they don't look so slick if you get at them (who does?). But you've got to get at them and keep at them. The problem is that at their place the ref is going to be more inclined to flash cards to any opposition players who dare to upset them. So we've got to keep the clumsy stuff down to a minimum.
I'd go 4-5-1 and think we can seal it today.
