Olivier Kapo on Everton's radar but £1.5m Wigan midfielder looking for France return | Mail Online

Seems to be a no go but would you take him for 1.5m? Do we need another striker? Think he can play wide as well. IMO we need squad players so i would take him for such a small amount.

i like kapo but cant see the point in signing him.

he has played as a striker (we dont need any more of them ) but hes mainly an attacking midfeilder (playing just behind a front man ) , the postion fellaini is currently being wrongly played in , and the same role cahill excells at but isnt playing.

in the past 12 months ive seen anichebe and saha played out of position on the right wing , i dont want to see another striker pretending to be a rm in kapo.

good player , good price , not needed , doesn't improve the first 11 or add any alternative to tactical options.

I watched him warm up for Wigan along the line , last year .
He looked like Kid Cudi .
Me and me Nephew's mate sat , and every time he came down the Park End , shouted ,
" And , and , and night !!! "
A right good time was had by all .
If he comes , try it .

Regardless of whether this guy is good or not , we definitely could do with another proven striker .

Jo does not belong to us .
Yakubu is recovering , and will miss January with the African nations .
Anichebe will be at Africa too if fit .
Saha is injury prone regardless of current form .
Vaughan is fresh from injury and has no matches under his belt .

We have Cody Arnoux for 12 months , Baxter who might get a go , Aggard , and Jukiewicz , but Moyes is unlikely to call on these young lads if history has anything to answer for .

A proven addition would be great .

Iirc isn't he left footed, and played left mid when he was good for Brum as couple years ago? I would have taken him then, not sure now, seems to have gone off the radar a bit recently. Plus he would be taking Pienaar's position which is prob not gonna happen.
