Old Everton Pictures

If he was built like that no wonder he was an expensive flop of a keeperlol
Looked an error from the word go! Nowhere near aggressive or powerful enough. Another example of an excellent player from the 1970 team being replaced with someone nowhere near as good. Sigh. 1971-74 was horrible!!!

Binhams side that should have won the league, was labelled boring, Gordon Lee was an unlucky manager IMO we improved under him!

Ross learn something

I reckon it's David Lawson, not sure Connolly would have been able to pick Mick Bernard up, am pretty certain it's not MB!

It looks like Bernard and he's even got the MB sideburns.. he definitely had a big beak and was a tad chubby.. (at least in relation to David Lawson who was a streak of p1ss wet through).

Here's more evidence - Nigel's stickers:

Good try ToffeeDan, and great research by the way, but I'm still sticking with Lawson, whoever (?) it is JC is carrying is quite tall and David Lawson was if my memory is right was taller than both JC and Mick Bernard!
