Is it a picture of the Merseyside born players from both sides at the time of the 1967 cup game? If so, that guy is not Graham or Milne. Could he be an Everton player?

No definitely a red

D Smith & G Glover they would only be early twenties

My cousins cousin - my older brother played in his school team with him - he stated Doug was a star foward - scouts were interested in him from the off - only played a few games for the other lot - I was fed up from my cousin hearing about our Doug
I will send that phto to my older brother to confirm it Doug ..
Doug is now a part time players agent down south

I have looked at the Liverpool squad of that period and I am going to suggest Doug Livermore.

He was born 1947 that guy in picture looks older than twenty??

Yes can agree with that; it was only a suggestion based on their reserve squad at that time. Another name that stuck out was Steve Peplow, but he was younger than Livermore.
