Ed Stewart has passed away at the age of 74. A brilliant broadcaster and lifelong Evertonian - as a young boy his father a mad Chelsea fan took him to his first game we got hammered 5-0 - he supported us from that day onwards -

Er... just checked. He actually died in 2016. If I recall correctly, they did a feature on him in the 1995 Cup Final programme as our celebrity fan (versus Eamon Holmes for Man United).
