The best line-up depends on fitness tbh. We are still stuck with Neville on midfield when our 1st choice isn´t available. I´m quite curious in hearing the excuse for this transfer deadline failure.
We probably never had 8.5 million. We probably just had enough to secure Stones. If we had 8.5 we probably would have signed someone for the 1st team.

4-5-1 is just boring now, and we need to score more goals, Anichebe has been far better this season, so i'd put him upfront with Jelavic.

Then if its not working you swap Anichebe and Mirallas. You'd also have Osman, Neville, Hibbert, Heitinga, Vellios, Naismith on the bench

That is the team that bum raped everyone at the start of the season that it seems we haven't been able to get fit and together since late October, hopefully we will at least have that team -Coleman at the weekend, Jelavic and Anichebe toss a coin.

cant just play the same 11 though, through injuries and fatigue you have to rotate at some point. some of the players already looked tired over the christmas period, while other teams were rotating 5 or 6 players we played our best team.

add to that the likes of baines and osman will be playing at international level and not getting the rest they used to

Upset that we could not get Landon Donavon in, but our new right winger is a big hit in the US of A. At the back we have slight anger issues in the centre of defence, but they will bully any strike force. Midfield has pace and plenty of agility.

Up front we have the pace and accelaration of The Flash, with Thor as our target man. Champions league, here we come.
