I think its about time we won a trophy, if we can win one and they don't then even better who cares if they finish above us cause at the end of the day We'll have some silverware and they dont.

A top 4 finish would be absolutely incredible.

I think the reds need to worry more about trying to finish ahead of us.

We've got to be aiming for that 4th spot given the league at the moment, which mean finishing ahead of liverpool - but also Villa, Man city, etc. At the moment i'm more worried about villa than the reds. They are showing some great form

In my opinion I agree with bluewoo here. Regardless of who we finish ahead of I don't care. As long as we get 4th AND a trophy. Do not make the mistake of the Kopite's. All they care about is finishing ahead of us whereas we want to improve and win things. There are 19 other teams in the Prem and I want to beat them all, not be totally obsessed about beating the RS. We are on the up, they on the other hand are on the way down. They have other things to worry about, Blackburn, portsmouth etc, we have Villa, city(for now) and the top 3 to battle against. LFC are yesterday. We are the tomorrow.

its always good to beat liverpool, mostly because for a long time they have done better than us- finishing highly whilst we fought relegation. But now we know what we can achieve and we need to stop comparing ourselves. The derby will still be a huge game each season but we need to focus on winning every game not just beating the [Poor language removed].
