Wears Tim Cahill pyjamas
Well we're out of the FA Cup.

Some positives

- We went further than Liverpool
- Fellaini is ace
- Klaas Jan Huntellar might be coming
- We outplayed Birmingham
- Artetas back
- Osman scored a cracker.

There.

No we didnt.

I know we should have won, but the odds of getting to wembley again were always going to be quite high.

Just hope we can make a fist of the Europa league now, and Birmingham get Chelsea away in the next round.

I know were getting a few players back, but don't think we are quite up to the standard of the everton teams from those aforementioned years.

Liverpool and Manchester United out.

There was a great chance of getting to the final again.

Having just watched the game I have a few questions: -

Why do we persist with Tim Cahill? (been fantastic but time to cash in and get rid IMO)

WTF was wrong with Distin's positional sence today? (all over the place at times)

Why did we not play football in the 1st half? (The long diagonal ball worked against City but that's all we tried to do 1st half!)

Why take off Saha? (he may be tired but 4 - 4 - 2 surley against that shower)

On the plus side, Mikky was back, Osman, Pienaar and Johnny played well and Senderos has a really fit girlfriend!

We can now concentrate on the Europa League and getting those points back!
