Observations from today

I don't like to use the word agenda but you can't have your cake and eat it. You can't blame Moyes tactics when we lose and then give him zero credit when we win. It goes both ways.
I really get your point. However I really believe that Moyes went to OT with damage control as the plan. He always does and I don't think today was any different.

We usually have the same views especially on moyes and Neville but I thought he played ok today.
Neville was at fault for their first two goals and was clueless in midfield. Sometimes Jags was higher up the pitch than him because he looked scared of the ball.

Did you watch the game?
Yes, with my United-fan-friend.

Don't get me wrong there were good things today, Fellaini, Hibbert, Pienaar and Jelavic were superb today, and McF made a difference when he came on, which is actually frightning when I think about it.

I think that's a bit harsh to be honest. The first goal should have been cleared moments before but was cleared (by hibbert I think) right back into the danger area, the ball then got played wide an hibbert didn't get close enough and let nani cut inside onto his strong side. The cross was excellent. The second, he went up for a header whilst being challenged and couldn't get a clean header away.

Same here mate

In my book you should not play central midfield if you're not good on the ball. He has made a career out of mediocre ability and it still amazes me that he starts let alone makes the bench. All the oh he is a model pro and a great character in the dressing room is bull****. If the young players need someone to look up to it should not be Neville.

Well you don't have much of a clue then. He's a decent defensive midfielder and does a lot of off the ball work that is un-noticed and won't be noticed by narrow minded fans like you.

Philip Neville was spotted near the opposition goal.
Anthony Hibbert got two assists.
James McFadden didn't look like a League Two journeyman.

I'm worried; is it the end of the world?!

I'm sorry when you're playing at this level you should not be affraid of getting the ball. You should also be able to pass the ball forward and protect it from a single opposition. Neville does none of that and in midfield you really need to.
