I've been beating the drum for this lad to be signed for absolutely ages, he is class. It has been interesting to note all of those who started out saying he was 'untested', 'no skill' or 'he's no more than a Championship player' are wanting him signed. In my huble opinion put him and AJ together and the Prem will tremble, they'd be like lightening:shock: (y)
 
more pressing positions need filling before we splash out on another striker, especially considering we have

beatts
mcfad
vic
vaughan
spencer
agard

and cahill.
 

Aagh you spoil sport. Your absolutely right though. I see BT out the door somewhere this summer with Moyes entertaining a swap in the last window. I think one in one out would be good business especially if we gain youth and enthuasim. Look at Cahill,Lescott & Johnson what they have brought to us from Championship upbringing. Sidwell out of a contract this summer could be a end to end midfielder we could use also. All good boys.
 
Fernandes & Nugent please.

BT, wright and pistone should all leave in the summer the rest of the squad should either be kept or signed for another year (especially stubbs)
 

Id sign Nugent simply for supporting Everton. But saying that...hes not that good - well not at Portsmouth anyways.

I thought he improved when he started playing. He'd been sitting out a full season, and when he got his chance scored a couple of goals - one against the RS I remember - and looked like a comfortable premiership footballer.

Remember he's only young. I can see him being a late bloomer but still a premiership player...bit like a Beattie or Kevin Davies.
