Heitinga has come under the cosh a lot as of late as do the same one's including Hibbert and Osman but when Arteta and Cahill underachieve it 's all brushed under the carpet. Don't make the obvious one's easy targets

That's not really true, Arteta and Cahill have had spells of criticism when they've been performing poorly. Arteta was being ripped to pieces on every forum before he moved centrally, Cahill came in for alot of criticism last season aswell.

Both players have done it over a long period of time so they are bound to get less stick than more inconsistent/poor players.

Cahill is by far our best player this season, so its no wonder he does'nt get battered.

We allways blame Osman and Hibbert, but still love 'em to bits. Distin is an other matter. Everybody seems to hate him at the moment.

Heitinga is playing poor, thats why he gets some stick. So i don't think anything is wrong about that, really. The shocking thing is all theese "Moyes out" threads. FFS

I think Arteta is possibly the worst choice of Captain we could have made.

I love him to death and would kill for him, but hes not a Captain, sorry Mikel, your not mate.

Not sure why Heitinga is getting a roasting, yeah he was poor on Saturday, but he wasnt alone, not at all.

And as TxB says, Hibbert and Osman, I still have nightmares about that Cup Final and now still, they play.

Why do we feel the need to lay into players if they have a bad game? Firstly I don't suppose any of them read GOT so it'd kinda fall on deaf ears Secondly, even if they did, do you think having lots of people say you stink will suddenly make you play better? You only have to look at the England rugby team to see what happens when players take the field afraid of making a mistake.
