Hi guys
just a quick one If it is alright with the moderator

On 7th September there is no Premier League football due to the international fixtures
so why not make the most of your day by visiting any one of the local Non League clubs.
You will be surprised at some of the football on show. You can get some cracking games

I represent Skelmersdale United based in West Lancashire and on the date we will be offering a discounted admission of £5 to season ticket holders of EVERTON , ( on the production of your season ticket.)

It is not only my club that are offering special discounts, check out the local press and see what clubs near you are offering
Skelmersdale will welcome you as no doubt many other clubs,

Enjoy your day

Cheers Kev

Good on ya mate. Non League clubs sure could use some extra support n cash to help em out. I'd rather my cash went to one of those players than a millionaire premier league git.

Mickey Fitz

Good on you, hope you enjoy Stockport, watch out for a lad called Chris Dennis Top striker, poor workrate but puts the ball away

Artefan. I was a blue, still am but was priced out years ago, went following my local side and yes 10 years ago I would have said exactly the same but over the years there has been a marked improvement in play. These clubs run on a tight budget and rely on volunteers to run the club, the players need paying and the more supporters they get helps the club survive .
On saturday I take it you will be travelling to Cardiff ? Watch out for a young lad in their ranks Craig Noone, 5years ago he was a roof tiler in Liverpool, he is now playing Premier League football, where did he come from..? Skelmersdale United.
Remember Steve Heighway, Peter Withe, Micky Burns (ok I know Im going back a bit) they started out at Skem.

If its not Skem then give your local non league side a go, you never know you might enjoy it !!! (PM me and will find you a game in your area)

But there will still be only one love in your life..........

Well what are you doing this afternoon, with no footie?
Going shopping with the missus ?

Get down to a non league game and have fun
Skelmersdale United are offering £5 admission to season ticket holders of Everton, would be rude not to

Where ever you end up enjoy and post your comments on here

look forward to it

sorry moutsgoat

dont think he would get a game !!!!

If you didnt make Skem Utd today you missed out on a cracker..2-0 down at half time. came back with three second half goals to seal a memorable match

Hope a few of you took time out to visit a Non League club and hope you enjoyed your day
