I'll start with Colin Montgomerie.

Obviously agree with guys like Montgomerie and Westwood.

Other guys that are/were very good pros that just never fell into a major for me are guys like Steve Stricker or Matt Kuchar

Two guys that deserved one. maybe not based on overall body of work but great weeks they had - they just ran into Tiger Woods:

• Bob May in that PGA, played incredible and deserved to win that tournament - they both lapped the field that week.
• Same with Rocco Mediate that year at Torrey Pines when Tiger made the birdie on 18 to get into a playoff

Don’t think Poulter ever won a major did he ?? Not the most likeable person at all but was a fantastic Ryder Cup player
