Injuries aren't excuses, but we all knew that Sep-Oct would be the most difficult part of the season for us with key players hurt and the new signings all settling into their roles.

Timmy and Tommy are back, Vaughn and AJ soon (and we'll hopefully have AJ at full speed again), Vic and Yak are both finding a little stability...

The list of positives goes on and on. I fully expect us to have the best record in the league from Jan on.

More evidence we're on the right track? We have multiple discussion threads on which of our 5 quality strikers we should shop around for cash! (for the record, i would keep all of them because it must drive opposing coaches nuts to guess which style of striker we'll have out there on any given night)

I agree with your whole post but especially with this last paragraph.

I pictured Suits to be the main character out of V for Vendetta when I watched it.

Agreed, I have got issues.

But the point is, isnt it boss being a blue at the moment? This Euro thing, sound goals and ace soccerskills.

i just watched 'dead mans shoes'

have you seen it, if so how do you compare?

no spoilers from me mister. i did follow some of the story, and saw the ending coming if not quite in the manner it was delivered.

its from the makers of 'a room for romeo brass' and 'this is england' - two films along with 'DMS' that garnered much critical acclaim and a couple of awards.

its a good meal, but its not quite top banana.

chicken tikka vindaloo with extra garlic (and if i can take the piss, slightly extra vinegar) garlic pilau rice, garlic naan. 4 pints of stella.
